Capex CPA Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility Criteria
- The total contract value of the referred client must exceed $1,000.
- The referred client must successfully sign up for Capex CPA services and remain in good standing (i.e., no payment defaults).
- The referrer must be an existing Capex CPA client.
Referral Rewards
- Referrers will receive 20% of the total billable amount for contracts valued at $1,000 or more.
- This one-time reward will be calculated based on the total value of the initial contract, regardless of whether the referred client is on a monthly or annual plan.
Example:
- For a contract worth $5,000, the referrer will earn $1,000 (20% of $5,000).
- For a contract worth $1,000, the referrer will earn $200 (20% of $1,000).
Important: Rewards will only be paid once. After the initial contract value is billed and the reward is paid, no further rewards apply for the same client.
Payout Terms
- Referral rewards will be paid out once the referred client has completed their first payment and is in good standing.
- Payments will be issued via [payment method: e.g., bank transfer, account credit, or gift card] within 30 days of the referred client’s first payment.
How to Qualify
- Referrals must be submitted through the official Capex CPA referral form to be eligible.
- The referred client must mention the referrer’s name during the onboarding process to qualify for the reward.
Exclusions
- Self-referrals or referrals for previously existing or inactive clients are not eligible for this program.
- Only new clients to Capex CPA are eligible under this program.
Changes to the Program
Capex CPA reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect already approved referrals.
